It combines a self-healing butyl technology adhesive backing with an innovative HDPE facer to provide protection against moisture and air infiltration. QUAD Butyl Flash is easy to work with and easy to install in both horizontal and vertical applications and compatible with most sealant products. Made a mistake? QUAD Butyl Flash is repositionable. This flashing tape is UV resistant and can be used in temperatures ranging from -30°F to 200°F (though for best results, it should be installed above 25°F).
