HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR CART AND CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD
Review Your Order for Correct Quantity and Item Details
Reviewing your order in advance can save you time and headache! Make sure you have selected the correct item and quantity before submitting your order.
Order Tips:
Items often have minimum buys. These are shown on the item page and is entered by default. As an example, if an item shows 4 in the order quantity, that means we only sell that item in multiples of 4. If you want to order 4, simply add the item to your cart. If you want to order 8 or more of the item, clicking on the + icon beside the order quantity will increase automatically. If you attempt to order in a non-multiple of the min buy, you will receive a notice of this and a reminder of the quantity that the item must be ordered in.
Order Checkout
Step 1 - Your Order Click on My Cart located in the upper right-hand side of the screen. The cart will display all items you have added to your order with the order details. This will be your last opportunity before submitting your order to review and edit your order item quantity. You may change the order quantity at any time prior to submitting. You also have the opportunity to save your cart for later review BEFORE submitting the order. Saving the cart does not submit the order.
Step 2 - Location It is imperative to choose your ship-to address for your order to be shipped correctly. Some dealers have more than one location. Because of this, if the ship-to field is not populated, the checkout process will not move to the final step.
Step 3 - Delivery & Payment You will have an option of how you want your order delivered; Customer Pickup, Wallace Truck, Salesman Pickup, or UPS Ground. Unless otherwise specified, the order will be delivered on your next Wallace Truck. If you are nearby, you may also choose to pick the order up at the warehouse or have your local salesman bring the order to you (within reason). It is also at this point that you can provide a PO# for your order. The PO# will appear on your paperwork. If you want to pay for your order with a PO#, you must provide the number before clicking on Place Order. All other orders will be billed as agreed upon with Wallace Distribution.
