2-in. x 6-ft. double-ply tapered loop eye-to-eye lifting sling is an ideal economical alternative to chain or wire rope for lifting heavy cargo. With an eye-to-eye design and tapered loops, the lifting sling allows for improved choke hitch configurations when securing cargo, and the double-ply polyester construction provides minimal stretch, greater moisture resistance, and double the strength capacity of our single-ply lifting slings. Reinforced loops reduce wear at bearing points to increase durability while a protective wear sleeve increases the lifespan of the lifting sling so you can continue to rely on it for years. The 2-in. x 6-ft. double-ply lifting sling complies with WSTDA WS-1-Type IV Wrapped Bearing Point Web Sling standards and includes a visible blue polyester marker thread and industry compliant WSTDA tri-lingual sewn warning tags with a permanent placard affixed to webbing. The lifting sling has the following standard capacities for the three sling variants: Vertical: 6,200 lbs.; Choker: 4,950 lbs.; Basket: 12,400 lbs.
