Installation:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the power is disconnected before starting the installation.
   • Gather the necessary tools and components, including the connector, rubber bushing, cone seal, and closure cap

2. Select the Appropriate Components:

   • Choose the correct grommet, rubber bushing, and cone seal based on the cord type and diameter

3. Assemble the Connector:

   • Slide the closure cap, cone seal, nut, grommet, and rubber bushing onto the cord in the correct order and direction

   • Strip the cord and conductors to the appropriate length

4. Insert and Secure the Conductors:

   • Insert the stripped conductors into the terminal screws of the connector according to the color codes 
   • Tighten the terminal screws to secure the conductors 

5. Final Assembly:

   • Push the connector into the rubber housing and tighten the insert assembly screws 
   • Slide the rubber bushing, grommet, nut, and closure cap into the housing, ensuring they fit snugly and securely 

6. Check the Installation:

   • Perform a final check to ensure all components are securely in place and the connection is watertight

Tools Required:

1. Screwdriver: For tightening the terminal screws and securing the connector.
2. Wire Strippers: To strip the insulation from the wires.
3. Utility Knife: For cutting the cable to the desired length.
