  Installation Guidelines

  1. Preparation:

     • Ensure the surface (wood, masonry, etc.) is clean and dry.
     • Gather necessary tools: screws, drill, screwdriver, and the Southwire 526 strap.

  2. Positioning:

     • Place the strap over the conduit at the desired location.
     • Align the holes in the strap with the pre-drilled holes in the surface.

  3. Securing:

     • Insert screws through the holes in the strap.
     • Use a drill or screwdriver to tighten the screws until the strap is firmly secured.

  4. Final Check:

     • Ensure the conduit is securely held in place and the strap is tight.
